Business Development Consulting Program
CDD’s business development (BD) consulting services are offered to minority women and disadvantaged business enterprise (M/W/DBE) firms in the construction industry. CDD’s BD consulting includes professional strategic planning, organization development and training (ODT) and project management coaching to successfully pursue and/or perform government construction procurement and contracting.
CDD’s BD prepare MWDBE firms to gain knowledge from pre-bid technical assistance through post-bid project management through project close-out. CDD also provides dispute resolution to mitigate dispute(s) between MWDBE firms and prime(s) and/or general contractor(s).
